1. What does my ticket include?
Your ticket gives you access to the movie screening and the amazing ambiance we’ve created! Food and drinks are available separately at the venue.
2. Will there be food and beverages available?
Absolutely! We offer a selection of gourmet food and beverages at all our venues. The menu may vary depending on the location, so check the event details for specifics.
3. How will I get my ticket?
Once you book, you’ll receive an E-ticket in your registered email. Simply show it at the entry gate – no printouts needed!
4. Where is the event located?
The exact address and Google Maps link will be provided at the bottom of each event’s booking page.
5. Are there allocated seats or parking slots?
Seats and parking are first-come, first-serve. But don’t worry – every spot has great visibility of the screen.
6. Are children allowed?
Kids are welcome as long as the movie is certified for their age group. Entry is free for kids under 5 years old. Our team will ensure age guidelines are followed at the gate.
7. Are there toilets at the venue?
Yes, clean toilet facilities are available at all our locations.
8. Can I transfer my ticket to another show?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be transferred to other shows or dates.
9. What happens if the show is cancelled?
If we cancel a show for any reason other than Force Majeure (like rain, natural disasters, or lockdowns), you’ll receive a full refund within 7 business days.
10. What if it rains during an open-air show?
If a show gets cancelled due to rain, your ticket will be valid for another screening within the next 30 days. However, we do not issue refunds for weather-related cancellations.
